Just print the order form and send it in with a check. Checks or money orders accepted drawn against US banks in US funds only. All credit cards are verified by billing address, so please make sure this is correct. Credit Card orders may also be phoned in to (206) 588-2835. Please note: We only accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards for mailed-in or phoned-in orders. If you want to pay with your American Express or Discover card you must do so online.
Sales tax of 8.9% will be added to orders shipped to a Washington state address. Shipping will be added to all orders.
